With the dedication, the campus will join the Rolling Thunder Inc. POW/MIA Chair of Honor Program, which is intended to bring daily reminders of prisoners of war or missing in action issues. The chair, which is black with the POW/MIA logo on it, is to remain perpetually empty to help people remember that even though the soldiers are not here, there is a space for them.
