Brown, Jr. 21st Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff presented a Wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

Former Tomb Guard Richard Azzaro explained the meaning of the Eleven White Roses. This is how the Unknown Soldier was selected by placing flowers on casket of an unknown World War I soldier.
