Rusty Carter who while serving with the 101st Airborne Division in Afghanistan was injured when his Humvee crashed while returning from a mission, leaving him paralyzed from the chest down. Lt. Col. Mark O'Hanlon Commander of the PA National Guards 1st Battalion 111th Infantry Division of the 56th Stryker Brigade Combat Team.
