Before the start of the “Fed Ex 400 benefiting Autism Speaks” on the Monster Mile at Dover International Speedway Veterans rode their bikes in a ceremonial lap around the track before the dedication of the POW-MIA National Chair of Honor.

A part of the ceremonies included a slow procession of 141 motorcycles, 182 individuals around the “Monster Mile” track.
The riders will be lead in by the Vietnam Vets M/C Chapter E Pennsylvania.
