Elaine Brattain, National Chaplain says a prayer for the start of our Walk-A-Thon
A 2.2 mile military suicide awareness walk around the monuments in DC ending at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, “The Wall”.
Then off to the Washington Monument. It was a sunny, warm day for this awareness walk.
The 2.2 mile Walk-A-Thon finished at the apex of “The Wall”. A wreath was laid, a prayer said for the fallen and their families.
