Washington Crossing National Cemetery will provide 15,500 full casket gravesites, including 15,100 pre-placed crypts and 6,500 in-ground cremation sites and 4,100 columbarium niches. Other structures include a Memorial Wall, A Scattering Garden, Flag Assembly Area and Committal Shelters.
Cremated remains are buried in the ground in specially designated areas or in the columbarium or scattered in a designated garden.
Washington Crossing National Cemetery also oversees Beverly National Cemetery, Finn's Point National Cemetery, Philadelphia National Cemetery, Mount Moriah's Soldiers' Lot and Naval Plot.

Military Honors were performed in honor of those veterans interred this month who had no one attending their service. Harold Stillstrom US Army and Richard Grant US Marine Corps
It is our hope that all cemetery employees will be present along with any interested individuals wishing to attend. Feel free to invite anyone you wish. Clergy of all faiths are invited to attend.
There names will be read, the Pennsylvania Military Honors team will present the flag to a volunteer who will receive the flag on behalf of all of the veterans. The Guardians will perform the rifle salute and provide live Taps.
